The Royal Adelaide Show is the largest and longest running event in SA.
It is a valuable opportunity for commercial businesses to reach almost 400,000 potential customers.

The 2025 Royal Adelaide Show will run for 9 days, from Saturday, 30 August to Sunday, 7 September 2025.
 
In order to proceed with an application for the 2025 Show, you must create an online account.

Shell Scheme

A shell scheme exhibition booth in Jubilee Pavilion, Goyder Food & Wine Pavilion, Market Bazaar or Taste SA includes walling, carpeted site space, 10amp powerpoint, site signage with your company name, staff pass allocation and booth lighting (excluding Taste SA).

The minimum size available is 9sqm

Space Only

Indoor space only sites consist of raw floor space. This option is best suited to companies that wish to construct their own custom build stand who wish to build their own custom stand. All stand designs, signage, and lighting components must be pre-approved. Power and lighting not included in site fee.

This application does not constitute a site booking or offer but is only an expression of interest on behalf of your company. The RA&HS receives many applications and cannot respond to all applicants. The RA&HS may at our discretion and without giving notice suspend any application. It at our discretion, without reason as to whether we deem content, products, services, or companies suitable for our event and audience. PRIVACY ACT STATEMENT The RA&HS uses the information provided by you pursuant to this expression of interest application for the primary purpose of determining to occupancy of space for the Royal Adelaide Show 2025. Any information lodged with the RA&HS will remain confidential at all times except for disclosure which you may have consented to or which otherwise required by law. We may pass your details onto any operational service providers or such other persons the Society deems helpful in enabling the successful applicant to adhere to the Royal Adelaide Show site licence and perform the permitted use. You may request access to your information and request that it be corrected at any time.
