A product or price list of the items intended for the Royal Adelaide Show 2026 is preferred. We may request this if it is not supplied in your application:

A shell scheme exhibition booth in Jubilee Pavilion, Goyder Food & Wine Pavilion, Market Bazaar or Taste SA includes walling, carpeted site space, 10amp powerpoint, site signage with your company name, staff pass allocation and booth lighting (excluding Taste SA).

Indoor space only sites consist of raw floor space. This option is best suited to companies that wish to construct their own custom build stand who wish to build their own custom stand. All stand designs, signage, and lighting components must be pre-approved. Power and lighting not included in site fee.

You must put a structure in the space. All structures need to be approved by the RA&HS in advance of the event. Alternatively, we can arrange an approved marquee on your behalf, if required. Please be aware that outdoor sites are very limited and may not be available.

Please be aware that if you are handling any unpackaged food at your site, it is a mandatory requirement by the City of Unley council that you have hand washing station facilities set up and in use at your site. This applies even if you are using gloves or serving utensils. Hand sanitiser is not a sufficient substitute for a proper hand washing station set up.
Food must be sold for offsite consumption and minimum pack sizes may apply.

Samples must not exceed 50mls. Please note that beverages cannot be sold by the glass and must be sold at ambient temperature (i.e. not chilled) as they are for offsite consumption only. RA&HS applies for and manages a limited liquor licence on behalf of exhibitors sampling alcoholic beverages.

We do provide a BOH facility in our food and beverage precincts (Goyder Food & Wine and Taste SA). If you require an installed sink at your site please note that these are limited sites that can facilitate this, which are subject to availability, and the installation would incur additional costs.
