A New Taste of SA
Taste SA presented by Drakes is one of the Royal Adelaide Show’s most iconic destinations and is a must-see feature. Profiling all local South Australian producers, it presents a fantastic opportunity for Show goers to sample from and connect with a wide range of local businesses.
Within Taste SA presented by Drakes, we have a great opportunity for new businesses to exhibit within our ‘A New Taste of SA’ area. Businesses are eligible to exhibit in ‘A New Taste of SA’ providing they fulfil the following criteria:
- Are a South Australian food or beverage producer or processor with the ABNs main business location in South Australia.
- Have been operating for less than 36 months.
- Over 80% of food or beverage production is in South Australia.
- It must be your first year exhibiting in Taste SA.
Exhibiting in Taste SA is an ideal on opportunity for you to showcase your product and inform Show goers about the significance and value of South Australia’s food and beverage industry. In 2025, 71% of Show goers visited Taste SA presented by Drakes, making this the third most visited commercial pavilion. Over 1 in 4 indicated that they would purchase a product post-Show, with food & beverage products having the highest likelihood for future purchase. South Australian products were also one of the top purchase drivers for patrons.

Exhibitors will need to exhibit on ONE day of the Royal Adelaide Show for the below timing:
Should there be availability, you may be able to exhibit on two or three consecutive days.
Trading hours may be subject to change for the 2026 Show.
Site details
A New Taste of SA sites are 3m x 2m (6 sqm) and include the basic power & shell scheme (wood pallet back wall, carpet, name board) plus two wine barrels and front counter for product display and sampling. A single power 10amp double power point is included with each site.
Move in and out
Exhibitors in ‘A New Taste of SA’ will need to be able to deliver and remove stock on the same days as they are exhibiting. No product can be stored the day before or after. Vehicle access is permitted during re-stocking hours only (7am until 8:30am, with last vehicle entry at 8am). Any remaining product or furniture must be carried offsite after pavilion closing time. We recommend bringing a sack truck to assist, if needed.
Note that exhibitors participating on the first Saturday, 5 September can move in the day prior (Friday, 4 September) and exhibitors participating on the final Sunday, 13 September can move out the following day (Monday, 14 September).
